We work with manufacturers that we can count on to fill our customer orders. It is our policy to remove a rug from our website if we find a manufacturer cannot support the inventory and fill our customer orders. If in any circumstance an order cannot be filled due to a manufacturer situation, we will notify you via email and refund your payment in full.
Most rugs generally take about two weeks to arrive, based upon your geographic location and the availability of a particular pattern.
