Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at BeniciaRug.com. We stand behind every rug we sell in accordance with manufacturers warranty and return policies.
A return request must be made within a 7 day period from the date of delivery.
We take the following steps to ensure your satisfaction and to expedite the return on a timely basis.
Step 1: Email rsr5@comcast.net for return instructions and for return authorization.
Step 2: Please state in your email the reason for your return (i.e. manufacturer defect or
wrong rug sent) Please include your name, address,
and transaction number of your original purchase
Step 3: We will respond with instructions and status of the return authorization.
Please note, we do not accept returns on used or soiled rugs. It should be in the original condition
that it was received.
